Manila, Philippines — Marketing and advertising technology agency AdSpark has named Jose Manuel “Manny” Fernando as its new chief executive officer, effective this month, September 2025. The appointment comes as the agency, a subsidiary of Brave Connective Holdings Inc., continues to evolve its offerings in digital marketing, media, and data.
Fernando brings over 30 years of leadership experience in telecommunications, digital innovation, and marketing transformation. He has previously held senior roles at McCann Worldgroup Philippines and served as managing partner at MRM//McCann Manila, where he led the agency to multiple Agency of the Year awards and helped establish digital and social media practices.
“AdSpark has always stood out as a proudly local independent agency that combines creativity, media, technology, and data to create real impact for brands,” said Manuel Fernando, newly-appointed AdSpark CEO.

He is also a founding member and former president of the Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (formerly IMMAP), contributing to the development of digital marketing in the country.

AdSpark has recently expanded its MADTECH ecosystem through the acquisitions of programmatic advertising firm DeepSea and creative production agency Secret Menu. According to the company, the integration of these capabilities aims to strengthen its end-to-end, data-driven marketing solutions for clients.
