Viva Leisure taps WiredCo to handle brand, paid and earned media mandates

Sydney, Australia – Global fitness powerhouse Viva Leisure has appointed WiredCo. as its agency of record for brand, paid, and earned media, following a highly competitive pitch.

The ASX-listed company operates over 490 locations across Australia, Asia, and New Zealand.

It houses leading brands such as Club Lime, Plus Fitness, hiit republic, and GROUNDUP, along with its eCommerce supplement label, Supp Society.

“We’re so excited to be partnering with such an impressive house of brands and a leading Aussie business that’s been on an amazing growth journey,” said Angela Hampton, founder and CEO of WiredCo.

The partnership positions WiredCo. as Viva Leisure’s ‘Brandformance’ agency of record, driving both short- and long-term growth through an integrated approach to media and creative.

“We’re pumped to be partnering with Rob and his team to help grow Viva’s brands and business to drive more value for their shareholders,” said David Kennedy-Cosgrove, managing director and partner at WiredCo.

“With over 600,000 members and a wellness category that’s growing 7.5% per year, this is a unique opportunity to use our brandformance model to help build their brands through powerful creative ideas and scaling them through smart paid, owned and earned media strategies,” he added.

At Viva Leisure, the enthusiasm is mutual as Sean Hodges, chief operating officer, said, “At Viva Leisure, we’re constantly evolving to deliver more value to our members and partners. WiredCo. brings a fresh perspective and proven capability that aligns perfectly with our vision for growth and innovation.”

Chief marketing & data officer Rob Nolan at Viva Leisure added, “WiredCo. impressed us from day one with their mix of creativity, data smarts and genuine partnership mindset.”

“They understand that marketing today is as much about precision and performance as it is about storytelling. Equally important, they’re a team we’re energised to collaborate with. The best partnerships are built on shared ambition and mutual respect, and we found both from day one,” Nolan emphasised.

WiredCo. has spent the past three years honing an AI-driven MarTech stack tailored for high-growth businesses like Viva Leisure.

Its proprietary tools—including WiredPredicts, which forecasts media and commercial outcomes with over 95% accuracy, and WiredIQ, an AI-powered creative and performance intelligence platform—are designed to keep the brand’s campaigns fit for the future.
