Hong Kong – Globally celebrated IPs and artists will converge this autumn as Victoria Harbour transforms into a dreamlike stage of art and entertainment with the debut of the “Water Parade by AllRightsReserved at Victoria Harbour”.
Curated and organised by Hong Kong’s creative brand AllRightsReserved (ARR), the event will showcase four giant floating inflatable sculptures – Doraemon, KAWS & Sesame Street’s Elmo, Grimace, and LABUBU – each unveiled in new poses, with the tallest exceeding 20 metres.
The inflatables will be on public display at sea outside Tamar Park from October 25 before forming a fleet to parade across Victoria Harbour on November 1, cruising between Kowloon and Hong Kong Island. All four sculptures will depart the harbour following the parade.
Running alongside the installation, an eight-day Water Parade Market will take place on the Central & Western District Promenade from October 25 to November 1. The market will feature additional international IPs, including Netflix titles K-Pop Demon Hunters, Stranger Things 5 and Squid Game, as well as Snoopy and the Peanuts characters celebrating their 75th anniversary, and Hong Kong’s classic TOLO Founding Duck marking its 40th year.
The market will also host IP-themed pop-up shops, food and beverage stalls, skill games, photo spots, and capsule toy machines, with exclusive collectibles tied to the participating characters. Viewing platforms will provide vantage points for the floating inflatables along the promenade.
