Singapore – Omnicom Media Group (OMG) Singapore has named Daisy Huang as its new head of strategy, consolidating the strategic functions of all OMG agencies under her leadership.
In her expanded role, Huang will oversee innovation, product development, and updates, while driving strategic training and internal initiatives to strengthen capabilities across the network.
Based in Singapore, the Asia Pacific hub of OMG, she will also provide strategic guidance for global, regional and local clients, working with Omnicom Group agencies to advance integration and growth.
The appointment reflects OMG Singapore’s focus on combining data, technology, and media to deliver smarter decisions and outcomes, while placing strategy at the core of its operations.
Huang’s analytical expertise and storytelling skills are expected to enhance the agency’s ability to convert insights into creative and measurable solutions for clients.
Huang has spent more than a decade with OMG agency, OMD in Singapore and Australia in both strategy and account management roles.
She was most recently head of strategy at OMD Singapore, where she led pitch wins for clients including Singtel, GXS, the Ministry of Social and Family Development, and Clarins.
With her expertise on strategies, she also played a key role in OMD Singapore’s three-year plan, “Be Fearless Together”, which supported multiple Agency of the Year awards, while building the agency’s strategy, creative media and award-writing practices.
She will report directly to Chloe Neo, CEO of OMG Singapore.
Neo said Huang’s promotion strengthens the group’s leadership at a time when brands are facing changing consumer behaviour, rising competition and tighter budgets.
Huang described her new role as both an honour and a challenge.
“Her elevation enables us to fuel innovation and remain focused on uncovering new avenues for growth,” Neo said.
“I hope to bring clear strategic direction to the business and elevate the work at scale. OMG’s promise is to transform businesses, and strong strategic capabilities are at the core of that,” Huang affirmed.
