Singapore – WPP has launched WPP Production, a new global content and production organisation that unites Hogarth with WPP’s production capabilities across its agency network, strengthening its offer to clients seeking growth in the AI era.
The move brings all creative producers into a single global platform, combining world-class craft, advanced generative AI, and significant investment in studios, technology, and talent to deliver high-velocity, cinematic-quality content at scale.
Richard Glasson, global CEO of Hogarth, will lead the new organisation as CEO of WPP Production.
The launch marks a major step in WPP’s strategy to integrate its services, positioning WPP Production as the world’s largest creative production capability, with nearly 10,000 people across more than 40 cities.
Operating on a single platform powered by WPP Open and AI-enabled workflows, the organisation aims to improve speed, efficiency, and quality while maintaining local cultural expertise.
Glasson said, “This is a transformative moment for us and, more importantly, for our clients. Bringing all of WPP’s craft expertise together in WPP Production reinforces our position at the heart of WPP’s integrated offering.”
He added, “It allows us to activate the full collective power of WPP–its talent, creativity, technology and data–to redefine content creation. We are focused on delivering smarter, more innovative and world-class storytelling that drives business for our clients.”
Cindy Rose, CEO of WPP, explained, “The launch of WPP Production is a cornerstone of our strategic vision to integrate our services, making it easier for clients to access WPP’s full spectrum of capabilities. In a rapidly evolving landscape where content is king.”
She further added, “WPP Production will be the powerhouse that enables us to be the trusted growth partner for our clients. This is about delivering exceptional value and setting new benchmarks for the quality and scale of content production worldwide.”
Building on the Hogarth Studios network and recent investment in virtual production facilities in London, WPP Production will expand its global studio footprint while leveraging AI, virtual production, and sustainable practices to support premium content creation across every channel.
Clients are expected to benefit from faster turnaround times, greater cost efficiency, and more integrated production solutions.
The transition to WPP Production will take effect on 23 February 2026, with business continuity maintained for clients and partners.
