Singapore – Jewel Changi Airport (Jewel) has renewed its strategic collaboration with Mastercard, marking another three years of shared innovation after a successful partnership that boosted local and tourist spending.

The ongoing alliance continues to elevate the visitor journey through exclusive cardholder privileges spanning retail, dining, and leisure.

Over 30 marketing campaigns have been launched to spark consumer excitement and encourage Mastercard usage across the destination’s vibrant tenant mix.

“Mastercard is a long-standing partner of Jewel and we are pleased to continue our collaboration with them for another three years. We look forward to building on the strong foundation that we have established to further enhance the Jewel experience for our visitors, by creating moments that are both memorable and rewarding,” said Lee Ching Wern, CEO of Jewel Changi Airport Development.

Mastercard, in turn, will continue rewarding tourists spending at Jewel with exclusive vouchers and experiences, reinforcing Singapore’s landmark retail icon as a must-visit destination for shoppers and sightseers alike.

“Together with the support of our tenants, our continued relationship with Mastercard will strengthen Jewel’s position as a must-visit destination for both local residents and international travellers visiting Singapore,” Wern added.

Deborah Heng, country manager of Mastercard Singapore, said, “We have entered an era where purposeful and meaningful experiences define travel, and the extended collaboration with Jewel Changi Airport plays a pivotal role in meeting these shifting priorities head-on.”

The renewed partnership will see Jewel tapping into Mastercard’s global network of banks and travel partners to connect with international travellers, while leveraging data insights to fine-tune campaigns that resonate with diverse visitor segments.

“By combining Mastercard’s innovation with Jewel’s world-class attractions, this collaboration delivers elevated experiences that inspire loyalty, strengthen connection, and help consumers create unforgettable memories to share and cherish,” Deborah emphasised.
