Hong Kong – Hang Seng Bank has unveiled a new citywide brand campaign, showcasing its commitment to serving customers and the Hong Kong community while driving continuous innovation and growth.
The campaign, “Deeply Rooted. Ever Evolving” honours nearly a century of Hang Seng Bank’s heritage, reflecting its growth alongside the city and service to multiple generations of customers and businesses. Through this theme, the bank seeks to reaffirm its long-term commitment to Hong Kong.
Central to the campaign is Hang Seng’s iconic spade-coin emblem, reimagined as a gateway to the future. Creative visuals feature children playfully dressed as bank staff, symbolising the bank’s focus on fostering connections, supporting business success, and bridging communities across generations.


“Deeply Rooted. Ever Evolving” will be rolled out across print, digital, and outdoor media, as well as throughout Hang Seng’s branch network.

Recent initiatives reflecting the campaign’s promise include upgraded Prestige Family+ account services, a significant revamp of the branch network with the “We Come to You” service, the launch of JustPay with an industry-first recording feature, a 50% expansion of the Sustainability Power Up Fund to meet rising corporate demand for sustainability loans, and the establishment of the Financial Volunteer Team to promote financial inclusion and provide financial education for underprivileged families.
