Hong Kong – Chow Tai Fook Jewellery has opened its first flagship store, expanding its product range and introducing a lifestyle offering as part of the company’s broader brand transformation strategy.
Located on Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, a key luxury retail district in Hong Kong, the store opened its doors on 11 February ahead of the Chinese New Year holiday period.
The launch also marks the debut of the group’s luxury lifestyle line, HOME Collection, which is being introduced alongside what the company describes as the widest product assortment available across its global network. The flagship opening forms part of Chow Tai Fook’s ongoing efforts to refine its retail experience and reposition the brand within the global luxury segment.
Spanning around 10,000 square feet, the outlet is the group’s largest store in the Hong Kong and Macau market. The space includes a newly introduced concierge service and redesigned interiors aimed at creating a more structured and service-led in-store journey.
To reach new customer segments, the store features interactive elements, including a dedicated zone showcasing lucky charms and selected IP collaborations, with options for product personalisation targeted at younger shoppers.
Upon entry, visitors encounter a brand heritage gallery outlining the company’s history and development as it approaches its centenary, highlighting its long-standing presence in the jewellery market.
