Malaysia – A&W Malaysia has appointed ACTSTITUDE as its social media agency to manage its digital platforms and support brand campaign execution.
As part of the remit, the agency will be responsible for managing A&W Malaysia’s digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, the website, and the app.
The scope also covers support for upcoming limited-time offers, new store openings, on-ground activations, and the development of overall brand storytelling and campaigns.
The appointment is structured as a retainer for social media management, while campaign-based work will be handled separately.

ACTSTITUDE said it is actively expanding its client base, primarily within the B2C segment, with existing experience concentrated in the F&B and FMCG sectors, alongside retail and property accounts.
