Manila, Philippines — Advanced Media Broadcasting System Inc. (AMBS), the owner and operator of ALLTV, has secured a licence from ABS-CBN to broadcast the Kapamilya Channel on ALLTV starting January 2, 2026.
From that date, ALLTV viewers will be able to watch ABS-CBN programmes including FPJ’s Batang Quiapo, Roja, What Lies Beneath, It’s Showtime, ASAP and TV Patrol.
ABS-CBN said its prime shows will continue to air on A2Z, while It’s Showtime and Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab 2.0 will remain on GMA.
The move follows TV5’s decision to terminate its content agreement with ABS-CBN effective January 2, 2026.
ABS-CBN said it has settled its obligations with TV5 and MediaQuest in line with existing agreements, adding, “We thank Mr. Manny V. Pangilinan and TV5 for providing a home for some ABS-CBN programs since 2021.”
AMBS and ABS-CBN have partnered since 2024, with ALLTV previously airing selected Kapamilya content, including Jeepney TV titles, as well as It’s Showtime and TV Patrol.
