Singapore — Digital travel platform Agoda has announced a new partnership with ONYX Hospitality Group as part of its ongoing expansion of the flagship store initiative, which aims to provide hotel groups with enhanced brand visibility and global marketing opportunities.
The partnership was announced during the ITB Asia event held in Singapore from October 15 to 17. Under the collaboration, ONYX Hospitality Group, a Bangkok-based hospitality management company with a portfolio that includes the Amari, OZO, and Shama brands, will have a dedicated Flagship Store on Agoda. The digital storefront also allows travellers to explore and book ONYX’s properties through a single, curated platform.
The Flagship Store initiative is designed to help hotel partners strengthen brand storytelling, customer loyalty, and revenue generation through a centralised digital presence. The concept differs from standard listings by consolidating a partner’s full property portfolio into one tailored hub, supported by Agoda’s marketing and performance tools.

Moreover, through the collaboration, ONYX Hospitality will gain access to exclusive entry points on Agoda’s platform, global marketing exposure, promotional opportunities, and performance insights. The initiative also provides travellers with easier access to ONYX’s portfolio and competitive deals.

The ONYX partnership marks one of the first major additions to Agoda’s broader Flagship Store offering, which has already been adopted by hospitality groups such as Accor Thailand. The initiative enables hotels to highlight their unique brand identity with customised visuals, promotional placements, and dedicated marketing support, offering travellers an experience that combines brand-led storytelling with Agoda’s global reach and customer service benefits.
