Indonesia – Madurasa Indonesia, a honey brand under PT Combiphar, has appointed Volare Advertising Network to oversee its social media operations as it looks to strengthen digital engagement with modern Indonesian audiences.
The appointment follows a competitive pitch process involving several agencies, with Volare Advertising Network selected for its integrated strategic approach and creative capabilities.
Under the partnership, Volare will manage Madurasa Indonesia’s social media channels, covering end-to-end content strategy, content development, publishing, and community management. The account will be handled by Futurama, Volare’s digital and creative specialist subsidiary.
Ivan Pratama, Creative Director at Futurama, said, “For us at Futurama, the focus is not only on creating content but on building a distinctive digital voice for the brand. Madurasa has a strong legacy in Indonesia, and our role is to translate that heritage into content that feels relevant, engaging, and culturally connected for today’s social media audiences.”
The collaboration will focus on implementing a more structured and strategic approach to Madurasa’s social media presence, aimed at improving brand visibility and audience engagement across platforms. Content will centre on informative and culturally relevant storytelling, alongside initiatives designed to encourage conversations around health, daily wellness, and the use of honey in everyday life.
“Social media today has evolved far beyond a content distribution channel. It is becoming a real-time intelligence platform where brands can build communities, understand consumer sentiment, and gather valuable first-party insights directly from their audiences,” said Pradhana Harsaputera S., Chief Executive Officer of Volare Advertising Network.
“For Madurasa, this creates an opportunity not only to strengthen brand presence but also to listen more closely to consumer conversations, adapt communication more quickly, and translate those insights into content that feels relevant and authentic,” Pradhana added.
The partnership reflects Madurasa Indonesia’s continued investment in digital platforms as social media plays an increasingly important role in brand-consumer engagement. Moving forward, both companies will work on strengthening the brand’s digital presence and exploring new content opportunities across social platforms.
“Partnering with Volare Advertising Network enables us to take a more structured and strategic approach to how Madurasa connects with consumers across social media platforms. Beyond creative execution, they demonstrated a strong understanding of Madurasa’s brand heritage and our long-standing role in supporting everyday wellness for Indonesian families,” said Davien Reinaldo, Brand Manager at Madurasa.
He added, “This collaboration allows us to evolve our digital presence while staying true to our brand values. By combining our brand legacy with a more forward-looking content strategy, we aim to engage audiences in ways that feel more relevant, dynamic, and meaningful.”
