Beijing, China – Mixed martial arts gym UFC GYM has announced its expansion into mainland China, marking a significant milestone in the fitness brand’s global growth strategy.
UFC GYM is known for incorporating a range of training disciplines into its programmes, including mixed martial arts, high-intensity interval training, powerlifting, and recovery-focused services such as physical therapy. Its facilities in China will feature dedicated training zones, recovery spaces, and retail sections.
According to the brand, the move reflects rising interest in fitness training among Chinese consumers. “China has a rapidly growing fitness and wellness market, and the pursuit of health, strength and peak performance strongly aligns with UFC GYM’s core values,” said Boni Wang, CEO of UFC GYM China.
The company said it will work with local partners as it rolls out its operations in China, with a focus on maintaining service standards aligned with its international network.
Adam Sedlack, CEO of UFC GYM, described China as a key growth market for the brand, citing strong consumer interest in performance and self-improvement as factors supporting the expansion.
“Our goal is to deliver a world-class fitness experience rooted in UFC’s competitive DNA that empowers people to train with purpose, build resilience and unlock their full potential,” he commented.
