India — Cheil X has announced new leadership appointments across its Delhi and Mumbai operations, naming Ritesh Rao as head of operations for Mumbai and elevating Kanika to head of its Delhi office.
The agency said the moves are aimed at strengthening its leadership structure across the two markets, following recent new business wins and expanded client mandates.
With this, Rao will oversee business expansion and operational delivery in Mumbai. He brings more than 20 years of experience across integrated marketing, growth strategy, brand transformation, and client leadership.
Prior to joining Cheil X, he served as chief executive officer of 26FIVE Global Lab. He has also held senior roles at Creativeland Asia, Isobar, and Lowe Lintas, and has worked across sectors including FMCG, media, automotive, technology, and consumer services.
