Manila, Philippines — Jollibee has launched its ‘Joyful Christmas Stores’ for the third consecutive year, transforming branches across the country into festive spaces designed to bring warmth and cheer to customers.
This year, 300 stores are participating, the largest number since the programme began in 2023. Each location incorporates local elements in its décor, reflecting the unique traditions and celebrations of its community. The initiative aims to provide spaces for families, friends, and neighbours to gather and share in the holiday spirit.

“As we enter the peak of the holiday season, we at Jollibee see it as a responsibility to bring a spark of hope and joy for fellow Filipinos. May it be through the food we serve, the way we give back, or the experiences we offer customers in our stores,” said Ferns Yu, Jr., president of Jollibee Philippines.
On November 13, Jollibee Ortigas Extension C. Raymundo hosted an event to showcase the brand’s Christmas initiatives. The branch also featured a design highlighting the various ways Filipinos celebrate Christmas, from family gatherings and gift-giving to ‘Simbang Gabi’ and festive caroling. The evening concluded with the ceremonial lighting of the Joyful Christmas Store, followed by a fireworks display. Brand ambassadors Pia Wurtzbach-Jauncey, Brent Manalo, and Mika Salamanca attended, alongside a special appearance by Jollibee and friends.

“For Jollibee, our role goes beyond just serving delicious food. It’s also about bringing joy, warmth, and togetherness, may it be at home or in our stores nationwide. We have 300 Joyful Christmas Stores this year that are ready to welcome customers and make them feel the joyful Christmas spirit,” said Dorothy Dee-Ching, vice president of marketing at Jollibee Philippines.
“We have a whole lot of other joyful surprises, so we hope our customers are as excited as we are to celebrate this season,” she added.
The campaign is complemented by seasonal promotions, including the return of the Jollibee Bag Charm and activities in collaboration with Coca-Cola Philippines, such as the Caroloke Christmas Caravan visiting select stores. Customers can locate Joyful Christmas Stores via the Jolly Christmas Tours digital map powered by Google.
The company has also recently launched its Christmas campaign, “Buo Ang Saya ng Pasko,” presenting a broader and more contemporary view of the Filipino family during the holiday season.
