Bengaluru, India — Burger Singh marked its entry into the city with a large-scale promotional activity titled ‘The Big Singh Feast’, drawing substantial crowds across its three outlets in Sarjapur, HSR Layout, and BTM Layout on November 24.
The event, organised to coincide with the brand’s ongoing expansion in the city, offered free meals throughout the day and was backed by a citywide campaign that blended digital and on-ground activity. According to the company, more than 3,300 complimentary meals were served following over 15,000 online registrations.
The campaign supporting the giveaway combined hyperlocal digital communication, countdown content, WhatsApp outreach, and a slate of AI-generated reels that gained strong traction on social media. Offline activity also included neighbourhood visibility, in-store materials, and ground teams deployed across the three catchments. Together, these efforts contributed to heightened awareness and turnout across the day.
Guests were offered two of the brand’s popular items, the ‘Big Crispy Chicken Meal’ and the ‘Udta Punjab 2.0 Meal’, alongside ‘Dilli 6 Fries’ and the ‘Gulabo drink’, intended to spotlight the chain’s positioning around “desi” flavours in a market dominated by international fast-food names.
Queues began forming before noon and continued until closing time at 10 pm, with families, students, and local communities participating in what became a notable weekend crowd-puller.
Ayush Kumar, senior vice president, operations and supply chain at Burger Singh, said: “Bangalore gave us a historic moment. We often see queues like this for big movie premieres or major tech launches, but witnessing thousands line up for our desi burgers was truly special. The love, trust, and enthusiasm Bangalore has shown inspires us to keep building in this market.”
The company said its early performance in Bengaluru has been marked by strong footfall and repeat patronage. The response to ‘The Big Singh Feast’ reinforces the city’s potential as a key market for the brand’s long-term growth.
