Thai tourism authority invites travellers to reconnect and heal with ‘unforgettable experience’ campaign

Bangkok, Thailand – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has unveiled its latest global TVC campaign, “Unforgettable Experience: Healing is the New Luxury,” positioning Thailand as a sanctuary where true rejuvenation goes beyond traditional wellness.

The campaign invites travellers to discover the country as a place where healing touches every sense—through meaningful connections, mindful experiences, and Thailand’s distinctive way of life.

“Through ‘Unforgettable Experience: Healing is the New Luxury’, we invite travellers to rediscover themselves in Thailand,” said Thapanee Kiatphaibool, TAT governor.

Embodying TAT’s vision for the future of Thai tourism, “Healing is the New Luxury” expands the concept of well-being.

The campaign concept includes comfort in Thai cuisine, serenity on sunlit beaches, creative joy in cafés and art spaces, and above all, the warmth of connection with the Thai people, a hallmark of hospitality that nourishes both body and soul.

“In today’s world of constant change, travel has become a form of healing—a moment to slow down, reconnect with one’s inner self, and awaken the senses. Thailand offers endless ways to experience this through our people, nature, and culture,”  Kiatphaibool added.

Targeting a new generation of quality travellers seeking balance and purpose, the campaign highlights the 5Rs of Healing: retreats for transformations, rituals for manifestations; reels for joy; rhythms for high vibrations, and; relations for connections.

Together, these elements showcase Thailand’s diverse paths to well-being, from holistic retreats and spiritual journeys to culinary indulgence and heartfelt human connections.
