Singapore – Changi Airport’s iShopChangi and Changi Rewards are taking off with a fresh creative and marketing tender that places digital campaigns in the pilot’s seat.
As global travel gains altitude, the airport is charting a course to strengthen its e-commerce and loyalty offerings in a highly competitive retail landscape.
The two-year contract, beginning May 1, 2026 with an option for extension, seeks an agency partner to drive smarter, data-led storytelling and agile content creation across platforms.
“We are looking for agencies that can harness technology and automation to drive smarter and more effective e-commerce and customer engagement. The right partner will help us scale efficiently while staying agile in responding to our customers’ needs,” said Kelvin Ng, vice president of corporate and marketing communications at Changi Airport Group.
For interested agencies to note, the tender is open to applicants based in Singapore and overseas.
A briefing is set to take place in early October, either in-person or online with submissions closing on October 31, 2025.
Through iShopChangi’s duty-free perks and Changi Rewards’ rebates and benefits, the tender underscores a vision to captivate both international travellers and Singapore-based shoppers.
With automation, AI, and creative flair, the winning agency will help the airport’s retail universe taxi into its next growth phase.
