Singapore — Global brand storytelling agency INVNT® has appointed Sarah Bailey as executive creative director (ECD) for the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, Bailey will lead INVNT’s creative team across the region, focusing on innovation and storytelling initiatives across physical, digital, and hybrid platforms.
Previously serving as senior creative director, Bailey’s promotion recognises her leadership in shaping culture-led experiences and expanding INVNT APAC’s creative capabilities.
“Sarah brings an inspiring blend of empathy, creative courage, and fearless innovation to our team,” said Laura Roberts, managing director, APAC at INVNT. “Her expertise and leadership are helping redefine what creative excellence looks like in our region. As a female ECD at the helm of a diverse team, she’s championing fresh perspectives, new ideas, and new possibilities for the brands we partner with.”
Bailey has more than two decades of experience in cultural programming, luxury hospitality, experiential strategy, and digital innovation. She has worked on campaigns for brands including Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, and Emirates, and has contributed to INVNT’s growth in Singapore by integrating arts, entertainment, and emerging technology into large-scale brand narratives.
“I’m passionate about using creativity as a force for connection and transformation,” said Bailey. “This is an exciting time for brands in APAC – audiences here are hungry for innovation, authenticity, and purpose. My goal is to help our clients tell stories that not only resonate but create positive cultural impact.”
Moreover, Bailey is committed to mentoring emerging talent and supporting inclusive creative communities, with her appointment aligning with INVNT’s focus on delivering innovation-led experiences that aim to inspire audiences and effect change.
Meanwhile, the company has also recently named James Nicholas Kenney as its first global chief AI officer, also focusing on the APAC region.
