Singapore – Global sleep wellness brand Heveya is marking World Sleep Month with a series of immersive experiences across Singapore, inviting residents to explore the benefits of restorative rest through guided sessions and experiential pop-ups.
Anchored around World Sleep Day on 13 March, the month-long “Heveya Sleep Reset” programme spans natural and urban settings, from guided sunrise and sunset sessions to a retail pop-up designed to introduce visitors to sleep-focused wellness practices.
On World Sleep Day, Heveya will host two immersive experiences aligned with the theme “Sleep Well, Live Better”. The sunrise session takes place at Tanjong Beach, where participants will join a guided Yoga Nidra session led by Kathy Gabriel of Soma Haus.
The programme combines meditation and breathwork to encourage deep relaxation, followed by light refreshments prepared with ingredients from Heveya’s Bali farm.
A sunset session will be held at Silver Garden in Gardens by the Bay, where participants will take part in a guided meditation experience described as a Dream Journey led by holistic sleep guide Livy von Goh.
From 4 to 16 March, the programme will also include an experiential pop-up at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, where visitors can try a 30-minute private nap session in Heveya’s Sleeping Pod.
The installation is designed to offer a quiet space for rest within a retail setting, featuring the brand’s natural latex mattress, linen sheets, aromatherapy, and soundscapes.
The pop-up will also include interactive displays showcasing sustainably sourced materials used in Heveya products, alongside a styling area presenting bedding collections and accessories.
The initiative reflects Heveya’s wider focus on promoting quality sleep as part of long-term wellbeing, encouraging a more intentional approach to rest in everyday life.
