Mumbai, India – Hashtag Orange, Gurugram-headquartered integrated marketing agency, has promoted Gaurang Menon to managing partner & creative head for West. In his expanded role, Menon will continue to oversee Mumbai operations with a focus on growth, expansion, and creative effectiveness.
Menon rejoined Hashtag Orange in 2024 as regional & creative head in Mumbai, having previously served as creative chief until 2022. Since his return, he has led the Mumbai office’s development, delivering 40% year-on-year growth, acquiring marquee clients, and strengthening the agency’s integrated offerings across strategy, creative, production, media, and performance.
Under Menon’s leadership, the Mumbai branch has secured mandates from brands across sectors, including healthcare and nutrition, general insurance, education, skincare, men’s grooming, and car technology.
Key work from the Mumbai branch includes Zuno General Insurance’s ‘Good Drivers Choose Zuno’ campaign, a 360-degree digital and offline initiative; The Man Company’s Raksha Bandhan Rap of the Year; Swiss Beauty Craze Tribe Anthem; LPU Pros and Cons; and Celevida’s recent pan-India influencer campaign. Menon has also directed ad films for Zuno and Swiss Beauty.
