Philippines – Converge ICT Solutions is shifting from a telecommunications provider to a technology company. The transition is marked by a refreshed corporate identity, signifying the company’s evolution.
Converge unveiled its new logo, which features an icon composed of three bold, upward-flowing strands that form a letter ‘C.’ These strands symbolise the company’s transformation and forward trajectory, each representing connectivity, intelligence, and experience.
The logo also includes a sharper typeface, reflecting the company’s agility and progressive mindset. It retains its teal colour, but with a darker shade to signify Converge’s deeper commitment to innovation and technology.
This new visual identity will be implemented across all corporate materials, house brands, and sub-brands, including FiberX, BIDA, and Surf2Sawa.
Maria Grace Uy, Converge president and co-founder, said, “This new corporate identity was created with the future in mind. We’re at an inflection point in our journey — from simply connecting people through fiber broadband to delivering digital-first, value-added solutions. Our transformation into a full-fledged techco is well underway, and this refreshed identity captures that momentum. It represents our charge to go from fiber to the future, a future where technology and humanity converge.”
“The strands convey movement, energy, and growth — mirroring our mission to go beyond building networks to enriching lives and enabling dreams. It’s a visual representation for how we’re leaping into the future — together with our customers, partners, and communities. It captures our desire to power the digital journeys of tomorrow,” Dennis Anthony Uy, CEO at Converge, commented.
Beyond the logo, Converge has updated its vision, reflecting how it seeks “to be the foremost technology leader that powers the digital journeys of tomorrow, uplifting the human spirit and moving the country forward.” Its new mission highlights how it aims “to enrich everyday life through inspired innovations and human-centric solutions.”
Converge also has new core values: malasakit, innovation, customer centricity, excellence, passion for learning, inclusivity, and courage.
As part of the evolution, Converge also announced key leadership changes effective July 1. Benjamin Rex Emilio B. Azada has been appointed as the new chief operations officer.
Azada’s previous post as the chief sustainability officer will be taken over by Laurice Esteban-Tuason.
Meanwhile, Christine Renee Blabagno has been named chief risk officer and John Paul Aguilar was appointed as the head of the consumer and SME business unit.
“The future really looks exciting and brighter for Converge. With a fresh vision and broader mission, we are charging ahead with this new brand identity but at the heart of it all is really our commitment to leave no one behind in this digital age, to make sure that technology serves humanity,” Azada said.
