Singapore – BorgRise SVL has been appointed as an Official Overseas Partner of Xiaohongshu (also known as RedNote), building on the foundation of its parent company, which is a Tier-1 agency partner of the platform.
The company said it has a team of more than 100 certified Xiaohongshu marketing specialists, along with what it claims is the only Star Trainer in the industry. It offers cross-border marketing services for global brands targeting Chinese and wider Asian markets, including official account setup, KOL/KOC collaborations, media buying, platform operations, and content management.
BorgRise SVL noted that its operations cover strategy, planning, influencer sourcing, and campaign delivery, with an in-house model aimed at faster and more efficient execution. The company highlighted its partnerships with certified KOLs and KOCs in Southeast Asia, which it said enable localized, user-generated content and brand storytelling.
According to BorgRise SVL, its campaigns have targeted Chinese-speaking communities in Southeast Asia as well as high-net-worth consumers in Greater China and other Asian markets, resulting in increased brand visibility. The company added that some campaigns have led to higher offline store traffic, more website registrations, and measurable conversion results.
A company spokesperson said that the firm aims to help brands achieve both long-term awareness and business growth through its campaigns.
