Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Estonian mobility company Bolt has introduced its corporate ride-hailing solution, Bolt Business, in Malaysia. The service is designed to help companies manage employee travel more efficiently.
Through a centralised dashboard, businesses can set ride limits, assign cost centers, track usage in real time, and generate automated reports. Bolt said the platform eliminates manual claims and paperwork, giving finance and HR teams greater visibility and control.
“Many businesses still struggle with messy claims and manual processes just to handle something as simple as a ride,” said Afzan Lutfi, general manager of Bolt Malaysia, in a company statement.
Bolt entered Malaysia in late 2024 and has expanded in the Klang Valley with toll-inclusive fares, the premium Bolt Executive category, and a growing driver-partner base.
“With this launch, we’re giving them a smarter, more transparent way to manage travel, while creating more earning opportunities for local driver-partners,’ Lutfi said.
The company said Bolt Business builds on this foundation by extending the same values to the workplace, offering companies a reliable and stress-free travel solution.
According to Bolt, the launch reflects its longer-term commitment to Malaysia’s urban mobility sector while supporting drivers with more consistent demand.
