Singapore – Kantar has appointed Rika Sharma as executive managing director for its Southeast Asia cluster and Singapore business, effective immediately.
Based in Singapore, Sharma will be responsible for leading the company’s operations across Southeast Asia, with a focus on strengthening alignment with Kantar’s global strategy and accelerating growth across the region.
Sharma brings more than 20 years of experience in digital, marketing and strategy roles across North America and the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, she led sales and strategy for Google Agency, Partners and Industry Bodies in APAC.
Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions at Digitas, SEA & Singapore and Ogilvy APAC, where she worked across integrated strategy, creativity and digital transformation initiatives.
In her new role, Sharma will focus on driving commercial performance, building high-performing teams and deepening Kantar’s regional impact through collaboration and talent development.
