Dole joins forces with Minecraft to power healthy living through ‘global digital play’

North Carolina, United States – Dole Food Company is levelling up healthy living with a new global partnership with Minecraft to inspire families to eat better, move more, and make wellness playfully rewarding.

Launching this October, the multi-phase “Make the World a Healthier Place” campaign marks Dole’s first-ever simultaneous initiative across North America and Europe. 

Running until March 2026, it aims to fuse fruit-fuelled fun with digital discovery, highlighting how nutritious foods power both gameplay and daily life.

At its core is an exclusive in-game feature—a Dole Banana Hoodie—which players can unlock by uploading a DOLE Banana sticker or Pineapple tag at Dole’s website.  

The interactive site also includes downloadable games, colouring pages, recipes, and a digital “Peel-and-Play” sticker sheet, all designed to make healthy habits feel like a quest worth completing.

To bridge pixels and produce aisles, Dole will roll out limited-edition banana stickers and pineapple tags featuring fan-favourite Minecraft characters, while in-store displays and social media activations turn supermarkets into playgrounds of creativity and health.

“This partnership with Minecraft represents an exciting new step in Dole’s mission to inspire families worldwide to make the world a healthier place,” said William Goldfield, director of corporate communications for Dole Food Company. 

The campaign’s nutritious recipes—including Golden Banana Ingots, Creeper Crusher Smoothies, and Pineapple Power Up Potions—aim to keep gamers energised both on-screen and off.

“By blending fun, creativity, and education, we are connecting with a new generation of consumers in a way that feels natural and exciting. We want to show kids not only where their food comes from and how it is grown, but also how the right foods can fuel their adventures, whether in the game or in real life,” Goldfield added.
