Sydney, Australia – UM Australia has appointed Andrew Clift as general manager of its Sydney office, promoting him from his previous role as managing partner. The move recognises Clift’s ten-year contribution to the agency and his experience in media, marketing, and communications.
UM Australia CEO Anathea Ruys said the promotion highlights the company’s focus on developing internal talent.

Clift, who joined UM in 2016, has built a reputation for providing innovative, client-focused solutions across both digital and traditional media. His background spans account management, media planning and buying, and client communications.
