Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam – AEON Vietnam Company Limited will open AEON Tan An, marking the eighth shopping centre of AEON Group in Vietnam and the first in the Mekong Delta region.
Operations will begin on September 23 ahead of the official opening on October 4, 2025.
The development underscores AEON’s continued expansion in Vietnam, one of its key growth markets in Asia.
Located in the new administrative centre of Long An province and connected to major transport routes, AEON Tan An is positioned to serve both local residents and neighbouring provinces, strengthening AEON’s presence in the region.
The centre will feature about 30 tenants, over 80 per cent of which are entering the Mekong Delta for the first time.
Anchored by the General Merchandise Store AEON Tan An, the mix includes fashion, sports, books, cafés, restaurants, cinemas, and leisure facilities, creating a comprehensive retail and lifestyle hub.
Built around the concept of a “Daily Community Park,” AEON Tan An integrates modern design with sustainability.
With more than 11,000 plants enhancing its open spaces, the project has been recognised with the LOTUS NC V3 Environmental Building Certification.
Smart facilities, digital signage, e-lockers, and free customer services such as parking, Wi-Fi, and family amenities are included amenities to provide convenience and accessibility.
AEON Vietnam said the opening reflects the group’s long-term commitment to the Vietnamese market and its strategy to expand in fast-growing regions.
Beyond being a retail destination, AEON Tan An is intended to be a social hub where communities gather and share experiences, reinforcing AEON’s role in elevating lifestyles while driving regional growth.
