Maneerat has extensive experience in digital marketing and business development, having led initiatives for brands in the retail, FMCG, automotive, and electronics sectors in Thailand. Her expertise in customer experience transformation and measurable business impact is expected to support ORO Thailand’s growth trajectory.
Miki, who became regional managing director at ORO in January 2024 and also took helm the agency’s presence in Taiwan and in Malaysia, oversees business development across markets including Thailand, Vietnam, and China. His previous roles include positions at Hakuhodo Inc., Accenture, and The Walt Disney Company, with a focus on branding-led customer experience, service design, and digital acceleration.
