Singapore – Advertising agency Zoo Group has secured new mandates across digital, social, audio, and B2B from the Ministry of Culture, Community, & Youth (MCCY), People’s Association (PA), Land Transport Authority (LTA), and Johnson Controls International (JCI).
Under the MCCY mandate, Zoo Group will manage social and digital content for the ministry and its public office holders across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Commenting on this win, Sean Badlishah, group managing director at Zoo Group, said, “It’s not easy to quantify something as intangible as culture, and this is an incredibly meaningful undertaking for us.”
The People’s Association has renewed its partnership with the agency, retaining Zoo Group to handle the social remit of its Active Ageing & Family Life division.
On this, Kayler Chong, strategy and growth lead at Zoo Group, said, “Audiences are moving faster than ever, and we have to be right by them—turning sharp insights into bold ideas that cut through.”
“For us, brand building isn’t just about being seen; it’s about creating meaningful moments and connections that last,” Grace Gan, account manager at Zoo Group, added.
Meanwhile, the Land Transport Authority has appointed Zoo Group to compose and produce its Caring Commuters theme song.
Joel Chin, creative director at Zoo Group, shared, “We were inspired to create a culture of care and consideration among commuters with the goal of everyone moving as one.”
“Once we saw that both LTA and Zoo Group are about moving people, it was easy to harmonise our goals and strike the right chords,” added Joel Lim, senior copywriter at Zoo Group.
Johnson Controls has also tasked the agency with leading its 140th Anniversary and SG60 Celebration campaign, aimed at highlighting its technology leadership and support for Singapore’s Smart City initiatives.
Mitchell Tan, managing director for Singapore at Zoo Group, shared, “We have found a winning team – highly strategic, dependable and always ready to rise to the challenge and tackle briefs head-on and on-point.”
Speaking on the win, Badlishah said, “All credit goes to the team. I’m awed by the camaraderie, maturity and razor-sharp thinking, and it’s their time to shine.”
