United States – The Hershey Company has announced that Stacy Taffet as its new chief growth officer, effective April 14 this year. In this role, she will be responsible for driving transformative growth strategies across the company’s expanding snacks portfolio, which includes iconic brands like Hershey’s, Reese’s, Jolly Rancher and Dot’s Homestyle Pretzels.
Moreover, Stacy will lead Hershey’s enterprise strategy and key growth initiatives, overseeing media and creative investments, marketing innovation, research and development, commercial and consumer insights, and brand reputation management.
Her appointment reinforces Hershey’s commitment to accelerating growth and enhancing its position in the competitive global snacking industry by focusing on strategic brand development and innovative demand generation.
A seasoned marketing leader, Stacy brings 20 years of transformative leadership experience, including 15 years in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector. She has had a distinguished career at PepsiCo, where she most recently served as senior vice president of beverage portfolio strategy and marketing.
Throughout her career, Stacy has driven substantial business growth, leading large teams and managing multi-billion-dollar brands across beverages and snacks. She has spearheaded successful marketing transformations for renowned brands like Pepsi and bubly, leveraging expertise in brand management, digital marketing, innovation strategy, and comprehensive commercial planning to deliver sustainable growth.
