Thailand – Nescafé Blend & Brew has launched a new campaign offering a heartwarming reminder of the irreplaceable comfort of human connection amid an increasingly technology-driven world.
Created by Leo Thailand, the campaign, titled ‘Always here for you’, seeks to rekindle the brand’s relationship with Thai audiences by encouraging people to appreciate the constants in their lives—whether friends and family, pets, toys, or even a familiar cup of coffee.
Thanatorn Punpanishgul, mainstream mixes business manager at NESCAFÉ, said, “We launched a thought-provoking experiment that puts modern anxieties about AI front and centre, only to flip them on their head with a simple but powerful reminder: real warmth and comfort come from the people – and the coffee – that have always been by your side.”
The film centres on an experiment in which participants interact with what they believe to be an advanced AI assistant that understands them intimately, only to discover that the technology is not what it appears.
The initiative also addresses the brand’s declining resonance among younger consumers, aiming to reinforce Nescafé Blend & Brew’s place as a long-standing household staple in Thailand.
