Philippines – Globe Business, the enterprise arm of Globe Telecom, is building on its ‘Connected Success’ video series, calling for transformation amongst organisations. The 2025 edition of the series highlights industry leaders shaping enterprises in the Philippines.
Globe Business’ new video series embodies the company’s call for bold transformation, inspiring organisations to embrace deeper and more meaningful changes. Its core campaign message encourages enterprises to leverage technology, empower teams, and foster cross-sector collaboration.
‘Connected Success’ aims to address enterprise challenges by featuring executives and experts as they uncover strategies. It aims to provide different perspectives on topics like supply chain resilience, digital inclusion, and AI integration.
The first episode spotlights KD Dizon, vice president and head of Globe Business. Discussing her leadership, the episode shows how clarity and connection play a pivotal role in making businesses future-ready for economic, technological and environmental changes.
Globe Business is also featuring Mary Jean Pacheco, Undersecretary for the Department of Trade and Industry; Patricia Poco-Palacios, president and CEO at Global Dominion Financing, Inc.; and Haidee Enriquez, president at the Contact Center Association of the Philippines.
Each episode will focus on challenges a sector often faces, but shares the theme of transformation and bold leadership. It is connected by the message of how a forward-thinking mindset and courage can shape businesses.
“In today’s evolving business landscape, staying still is no longer a safe option as it puts companies at risk of falling behind. Through Connected Success, we are sharing practical strategies from across industries, but more importantly, challenging leaders to rethink what’s possible and act with courage even before all the answers are clear,” Dizon said.
