U.S.A. – Apple Music has launched its latest ‘Shot on iPhone’ film, capturing fans’ reactions to Bad Bunny’s historic Super Bowl halftime performance — a moment that spotlighted Latin culture on one of the world’s biggest entertainment stages.
Bad Bunny’s performance drew widespread attention globally, with many viewers describing the halftime show as a milestone for Latin representation in mainstream entertainment. For fans, the set resonated beyond music, reflecting broader conversations around visibility and cultural pride.
Building on that response, the new Shot on iPhone film features 23 photographers and cinematographers who used iPhone 17 Pro to document fans across 15 locations in 11 time zones, spanning Puerto Rico to Kampala.
Set to Bad Bunny’s “DtMF (DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS)” (“I Should Have Taken More Photos”), the film compiles fan reactions from cities including San Francisco, Mexico City, São Paulo, Madrid, Seoul, and Tokyo, presenting a cross-section of global audiences experiencing the performance in real time.
The project also highlights the capabilities of the iPhone 17 Pro. The device is equipped with three 48MP Fusion cameras—Main, Ultra Wide, and Telephoto—offering the equivalent of eight lenses and up to 8x optical-quality zoom. It also features an 18MP Center Stage front camera and Dual Capture, which enables simultaneous front and rear recording. Additional video tools such as ProRes RAW, Apple Log 2, and genlock are positioned toward professional and content creation workflows.
Shot entirely on iPhone 17 Pro, the film focuses on candid moments and crowd reactions, underscoring Apple Music’s broader efforts to document cultural milestones through its platform. The film will launch on February 12 on Apple and Apple Music’s Instagram accounts, alongside other social channels.
