India – Cashfree Payments has unveiled its latest brand campaign, ‘One of Your Kind’, which focuses on the distinctive journeys of the businesses the platform supports.
The campaign, conceptualised by Talented and produced by At All Odds, shifts the traditional B2B fintech narrative. Instead of framing businesses as uniform “friction points” to be solved, the campaign highlights how category disruptors across E-commerce, Travel, F&B, and SaaS face fundamentally different challenges, and how payments infrastructure can support their unique operations.
Aditi Olemann, vice president of marketing and communications at Cashfree Payments, said, “The One of Your Kind campaign is our way of saying: we see you, not as a transaction category, but as a company that built something no else built, in a way no one else would have. And these businesses deserve payments that are built to be One of Your Kind.”
The campaign film also features Cashfree Payments’ long-standing partners, including BigBasket, Third Wave Coffee, and Redbus. The narrative is presented in a documentary style, portraying the lived-in growth journeys of these businesses rather than polished corporate imagery, while positioning Cashfree Payments’ infrastructure as the supporting backbone.
Akshat Chaturvedi, Karthik Nambiar, and Nikhil Unni from Talented said, “In a category where capabilities converge, we recognised an opportunity to differentiate through perspective. Payment gateways compete on features, but businesses are rarely spoken to in ways that reflect how differently they operate.”
Sanjana Krishnan and Rohan Shetty, directors of the campaign, also added, “This was one of those rare film shoots where we didn’t have sets to build. We moved like flies on the wall, letting the rhythm of the environment dictate the frame. Every detail had to feel intentional, even when the moment itself was unscripted.”
The campaign reflects Cashfree Payments’ approach to building payments infrastructure around the specific pressures of different industries. According to the company, ‘One of Your Kind’ demonstrates a philosophy of adapting infrastructure to the needs of the business, rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution.
