Singapore – Aleph Group has released a six-part original docuseries titled “Banner Dogs: The Aleph Journey,” produced by Non Stop Studios, documenting the company’s 20-year development from a $5,000 startup into a global business operating across more than 130 high-growth markets.
The docuseries traces the formation and expansion of Aleph, focusing on founder Gastón Taratuta, his business partner Ignacio Vidaguren, and the teams involved in building the company’s digital advertising and fintech infrastructure. The series presents Aleph’s growth within the context of entrepreneurship, cross-border expansion, and organisational development.
“Banner Dogs shows that progress doesn’t come from predictability, it comes from believing in the impossible,” said Javier Novoa, director of the show. “This story belongs to everyone who’s ever tried to build something that crosses borders.”
Spanning two decades, the six episodes follow key milestones in Aleph’s history, including its evolution into a global company cited in a Stanford Graduate School of Business case study, recognition by UNESCO for its education-related initiatives, and Taratuta’s selection as EY’s 2022 World Entrepreneur of the Year.
“Banner Dogs” is a story that needed to be told because it reminds us that global companies aren’t built on strategy alone, but people, creativity, a little bit of chaos, and the courage to bet when you believe in something. Aleph is proof that resilience can turn uncertainty into momentum and that when imagination meets conviction and a team brave enough to push forward, business becomes a force of human connection. This isn’t just the story of what we built; it’s the beginning of what’s still ahead.” said Fernanda Zuloaga, SVP global marketing & education at Aleph Group.
According to the producers, the series uses archival footage, interviews, and visual storytelling to depict Aleph’s transition from its early startup phase to its current global operations. The production also explores the company’s organisational culture and international expansion, highlighting its origins in Latin America.
