Manila, Philippines – Southeast Asia-focused tech organization True Digital Group steers its regional presence by expanding to the Philippine market, starting off with the launch of TrueID platform.

First introduced in Thailand, TrueID is a new all-in-one digital lifestyle platform that offers free curated content that’s available in the Philippines starting today. It is set to provide a hub for premium content and will feature top-tier Filipino creators and international-renowned producers such as Cignal TV, GMA Network, Philstar, and Mediacorp among others.

Sydney, Australia – International professional services Cognizant has announced that it has appointed former managing partner of PwC, Jane Livesey as its newest CEO for Cognizant Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). She starts assuming the role on Aug. 31, 2020. 

At PwC, Livesey led over 800 IT professionals for the company’s technology consulting practice team in Australia. 

Livesey’s professional credentials also trail back to being a tech managing director for Accenture ANZ with a lengthy service of 12 years.

Singapore – Customer feedback management platform provider Medallia has announced that it has launched its latest data center in Singapore, accelerating its investment across the APAC region.

Singapore is a priority market for Medallia, being a global business and connectivity hub, said the company in a press statement. 

“The Singapore data center plays an integral part in ensuring we deliver on the data security and regulatory requirements of businesses who are scaling up customer and employee experience programs. We already have customers using the infrastructure and it will become the default location for many of our Asian customers,” said Medallia APAC Vice President and General Manager Gavin Selkirk. 

As a SaaS cloud platform, Medallia owns and maintains all backend infrastructure, ensuring that reliability, uptime, and operational capabilities match data centers around the world.
