<p>Denice Sy is the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Ever Bilena Cosmetics, Inc. (EBCI), the leading local cosmetics company in the Philippines.</p>
<p>Before joining Ever Bilena, she graduated from University of California Berkeley in 2014 where she obtained a simultaneous degree in B.S. Business Administration at the Haas School of Business and B.A. South & Southeast Asian Studies with honours. She was also a recipient of the prestigious Fashion Scholarship Fund in New York and is currently a regular columnist at Manila Bulletin.</p>

Tara Kapur is an award-winning marketer with 15+ years’ experience across media, entertainment, and consumer tech. She currently leads the Duolingo English Test team in India, driving go-to-market strategy and regional marketing. Previously, Tara held leadership roles at Netflix and Vice Media, and co-founded Vitamin Stree, a feminist content platform. Recognized by global awards for her work, she brings expertise in storytelling, brand building, and innovative marketing across diverse audiences.
With over a decade of experience in brand marketing, Dani has built her career across top FMCG companies such as Rebisco and Del Monte before transitioning into leadership roles in high-growth, tech-enabled organisations. She served as Head of Marketing at Foodpanda and Angkas, and is currently the Head of Brand Marketing at Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. Beyond her corporate work, she is an “alumna” and recognised as one of Marketech APAC’s Empowered Woman in Marketing.
