Rola Lin is the Marketing Director for Moet Hennessy for Hong Kong and Macau – one of the top 5 markets for Moet Hennessy globally. She sits on the Global CMO Steerco for Moet Hennessy and the global Brand Boards of Hennessy, Krug, Dom Perignon and Moet & Chandon. Together with her team, Moet Hennessy Hong Kong and Macau is renown for innovative 360 campaigns, global and APAC firsts and global best practices such as Hennessy x NBA, Krug Cooking Class and Chandon Garden Spritz Fountain. Previously, Rola was in the Strategy and Market Development team at DFS Group’s HQ and led the expansion of Charlotte Tilbury in APAC as the Head of APAC Indirect Markets and China Strategic Projects, where she led the establishment of Charlotte Tilbury in China, Korea, Thailand, India and Singapore. She signed Charlotte Tilbury’s first Korean ambassador and managed the company through its product & business registration, including its Leaping Bunny / Cruelty Free Certification in China. Rola started her career in Corporate M&A in a top law tier firm, Allens Linklaters in Sydney, Australia and holds an MBA from INSEAD.
