Philippines – Google Cloud has appointed Jennifer Ligones as country manager in the Philippines, leading its operations in the market. In her new role, Ligones is set to spearhead the go-to-market strategy for Google Cloud and Google Workspace, amplifying its cloud technology.
Prior to joining Google Cloud, Ligones served as president and CEO of IT consultancy and services company Third Pillar, which she founded in 2013. Throughout her stint, she led companies’ digital transformation across industries, making the firm a trusted partner.
With 30 years of experience in the industry, Ligones also served as country manager of SAP in the Philippines, leading growth. She also held leadership roles at SAS and IBM.
With the appointment, Ligones joins Google Cloud’s Southeast Asia executive leadership team. Ligones reports to Mark Micallef, managing director, Southeast Asia at Google Cloud. He is responsible for the company’s enterprise, public sector, and corporate business segments in the region.
