The bus ads prominently feature Bossjob’s tagline, “Find Job. Talk to Boss.” and include a QR code for quick app downloads. This initiative is designed to increase job search accessibility for job seekers and simplify hiring solutions for employers by reaching a wide audience throughout Metro Manila.

As part of the campaign, Bossjob has introduced a “Spot & Snap” online contest, encouraging individuals to spot its bus ads around Metro Manila, take a photo, and share it on social media while tagging Bossjob’s official pages. Participants have the chance to win a cash prize.

The photo contest aims to boost user engagement and interaction with Bossjob’s services, including its extensive job listings, AI-matching capabilities, and direct chat feature with employers.

It will run on major routes such as EDSA, PITX, Commonwealth Avenue, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Alabang, Lawton, and McArthur Highway.

Singapore – Online recruitment platform Bossjob has initiated the ‘Boss Big Bonus’ campaign worldwide as a move to attract new users and enhance employer retention by introducing a $500,000 cash reward. 

The campaign period will run from August 1 to October 31, 2023 and participants can share the cash reward by completing specific tasks on the website, with each task corresponding to certain points convertible to cash. A maximum of 10,000 points, equivalent to $100, can be obtained for completing a single task.

Bossjob’s campaign targets all registered employers on the platform who are qualified after company verification.  

Some of the tasks included in the campaign are onboarding tasks, engaging in conversations, and inviting new users. Basically, the more active employers are in hiring and making recommendations, the greater the cash rewards they receive.

This will help them increase their diverse talent, which according to the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry, they project a potential talent shortfall from 160,000 to 790,000 by 2030.

Moreover, the Japanese Cabinet has already expanded the scope of the specified skilled worker, allowing foreign workers with proficient skills in nine industries to work in the country.
