Indonesia – Havas Moonfolks has appointed Erwin Airlangga as chief strategy and growth officer as part of a broader leadership expansion aimed at accelerating the agency’s growth in Indonesia.
In his new role, Airlangga will oversee strategic leadership across the agency’s media services while supporting business growth as Havas Moonfolks continues to expand its capabilities in the market.
He brings 26 years of industry experience and most recently served as chief strategic officer at Dentsu Creative. Prior to that, he spent 15 years as CEO of Dwi Sapta Integrated Marketing Communication. He also currently serves as vice president for communications at the Indonesia Marketing Association (IMA).
Commenting on his appointment, Airlangga said, “The agency rebranded just over a year ago, bringing new leadership, a clear vision, and the opportunity to build something truly meaningful. With a young yet highly talented team in place, this is an opportunity I have been looking forward to for a long time.”
Airlangga’s appointment comes alongside changes to Havas Moonfolks’ leadership structure across strategy, trading, operations, commerce, and client leadership.

Sanchar Roy
Yuni Isdiyatiningsih has been promoted to head of trading. Sanchar Roy has taken on the role of head of commerce and digital planning, integrating commerce and performance-led planning into the agency’s offering.
Meanwhile, Deriz Syarief has been elevated to head of operations. Airin Aprila has been appointed client services director, overseeing senior client partnerships and service delivery.
The agency has also made several new hires across trading, account management, and planning to support growing client mandates. Stefanus Christopher continues to lead the business as general manager, now in his second year with the agency.

Since rebranding as Havas Moonfolks, the agency has added several clients to its portfolio, including GSK, Webull, Yoyic, Samsonite, American Tourister, Emirates, Hanasui and Cinépolis.
