Singapore – AIA Singapore is turning the spotlight on everyday athletes with the launch of “Road to HYROX,” an uplifting new video series that captures the sweat, spirit, and stories behind one of the world’s fastest-growing fitness movements.
The multi-episode series brings to life AIA Singapore’s purpose of helping people live ‘Healthier, Longer, Better Lives,’ showing that fitness is not just reserved for professionals—it is a journey anyone can take, one rep and one mindset shift at a time.
The opening episode, “It Starts Here,” introduces the four KOLs leading their teams on this powerful journey.
Featuring AIA employees, consultants and fitness creators such as Benjamin Byrne (@the.smiling.afro), Tyen Rasif (@tyenrasif), Jamie Pang (@jamiepang) and Johnny Tieu (@quacktieu), the series goes beyond the grind of training.
“‘Road to HYROX’ video series is a powerful embodiment of our purpose-driven approach to health and wellness,” said Irma Hadikusuma, chief marketing and healthcare officer, AIA Singapore.
“For us at AIA Singapore, it’s so much more than just physical transformations. It’s about fostering mental fortitude, building supportive communities and inspiring everyone to embrace active living in their own unique ways,” Hadikusuma emphasised.
Under the tagline “From race day to every day,” the series underscores that HYROX is not just a single event.
“We believe this video series will resonate deeply, showcasing the tangible and long-lasting benefits of a holistic approach to health. It aims to inspire others by demonstrating that fitness is a reachable goal for everyone, regardless of their starting point,” Hadikusuma added.
The launch follows a record-setting year for AIA Singapore, from hosting nearly 25,000 participants and spectators at the AIA HYROX Open Asian Championships 2025 to unveiling the AIA Ultimate FitnessFest—a first-of-its-kind hybrid event designed for all fitness levels.
Together, these milestones strengthen AIA’s role as a driving force in making wellness accessible and inclusive, in line with its global AIA One Billion movement to inspire one billion people to live healthier by 2030.
Rolling out from November to December 2025, the “Road to HYROX” series invites viewers to witness real people redefining what healthy means.
