Hong Kong – Fortnum & Mason has announced that it will close its Hong Kong flagship store on January 25, 2026, marking the British luxury retailer’s exit from its stand-alone presence in the city.
The retailer said its K11 MUSEA outlet will continue operating until that date, after which the store and its in-house restaurant will cease operations.
In a statement posted on Instagram, the company said it had taken the decision to close the location and thanked customers for their support over the years.
“We want to share that we have taken the decision to close our store and restaurant in K11 MUSEA on 25th January 2026. We would like to express our deepest thanks to you our customers for your custom over the years,” the store wrote.
Ahead of the closure, Fortnum & Mason will hold a clearance sale at the store, with discounts of up to 60% on selected items.
The company added that its products will continue to be available in Hong Kong through Lane Crawford, Hong Kong International Airport, and its official online store.
