Thailand – Production house electriclime° has appointed Jason Heller as its executive producer for Asia amidst the company’s expansion to Thailand.

In his new role, Heller is set to oversee projects across Asia from its office in Singapore. He previously led the boutique production house Society. Prior to that, he also worked with 72andSunny, Droga5, Grey, and Johannes Leonardo.

Throughout his production experience, including in Los Angeles and New York, Heller has worked with major brands such as Google, Amazon, and Uber.

With the expansion, electriclime° is extending its production solutions to Bangkok, recognising it as a growing production hub in Asia.

electriclime°’s client portfolio includes Kia, Sony, Marriott, and Hyundai.

South Korea – Samsung has collaborated with Cheil Worldwide and electriclime° Korea on a global campaign film highlighting the technology and features of its new Samsung Vision AI TV.

Promising the next big thing in television, the campaign highlights how Samsung Vision AI enhances the TV viewing experience, demonstrating its ability to interact with users beyond just displaying content.

Directed by South African filmmaker Billy Pols, the global spot follows a family in a contemporary setting, showcasing the AI TV’s stand, cable-free design, and its ability to adapt to user preferences and operate autonomously.

Working with Cheil Worldwide, electriclime° produced the project through its new Korea office, led by Executive Producer Seung Ku Lee. The film, shot in Bangkok, Thailand, with DoP Maxim Desmet, was completed within a 30-day production timeline.

Singapore – Samsung Galaxy has released the third season of its ‘All About Switching’ global film campaign in collaboration with Cheil Worldwide, Logan Studios, and electriclime°. 

The film is part of Samsung’s ‘Why Galaxy’ brand campaign platform, which encourages users to switch to Galaxy smartphones.

The third season of the film campaign accompanies the launch of new products, including the Galaxy Flip6, Fold6, Watch Ultra, and Ring.

Highlighting the features of Galaxy AI technology, the film shows the apps personified to showcase its characteristics. It shows how various apps are gaining powers through AI, emphasising its contribution to productivity, creativity, and health.

The series’ third season comprises three episodes which highlights how AI is getting more incorporated in real life through innovation. 

Samsung Galaxy also worked with Logan Studios for the first two seasons of ‘All About Switching.’ electriclime°  joined during the third season to work with Logan Studios on the film, combining the two company’s creative capabilities. gsn
