New York, USA – Fiverr, the global marketplace for freelancers has launched a new mobile experience for its mobile application focused on visual discovery and ideation. The new experience, called Inspire, is based on allowing customers to interact with the content on the platform by ‘liking’ it in their feed, and adding it to a mood board or list within the app for later reference.

Content within the Inspire feed is carefully curated based on customers’ recent searches and purchases on the platform, in order to create a highly personalized, one-of-a-kind experience where they are able to draw inspiration for current or future projects.

‘Inspire’ is designed to help customers discover the incredible talent that is available to them through Fiverr. In addition, it also serves as a means to discover the array of services and capabilities that can be beneficial to their business or project needs.

‘Inspire’ is based on features of authentic output from freelancers, visual discovery on their feed, personalized feed, engagement and interaction, as well as app exploration.

To experience the new mobile experience, users would need to download the updated Fiverr app version on Google Play and iTunes.

Texas, USA – Global mobile growth and monetization platform Digital Turbine has renewed its with tech giant Google to accelerate its product and growth strategy to support the Android ecosystem by enabling nearly a billion devices with intelligent app discovery.

Said multi-year partnership with Google will entail working with Google Cloud’s premier partner SADA to implement Google’s enterprise and cloud solutions to rapidly enhance and expand globally while broadening growth and monetization solutions for its partners.

Singapore – Global small business platform Xero has announced the launch of the Xero App Store, its dedicated application store that allows small businesses, accountants and bookkeepers to discover and purchase apps to help run their business. 

Said app store can be accessed via the website apps.xero.com and delivers on Xero’s aspiration for more customers to access and benefit from the power of Xero connected apps, which enables businesses to use services such as automatic bank feeds, invoicing, accounts payable easily as software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.

With improved search capabilities and personalized recommendations powered by machine learning, the new Xero App Store makes it easier for businesses to find the right apps for their needs, based on their industry and unique profile. 

In addition, more detailed app reviews are now front-and-center to help small businesses choose the right apps, and sophisticated analytics have been introduced to support app developers. 

For Steve Vamos, chief executive at Xero, their vision for the app store is to be the place where small businesses go to discover and buy apps that complement Xero.
