London, United Kingdom – WPP has appointed Anne‑Isabelle Choueiri as Chief Transformation Officer, a newly created role aimed at driving the company’s Elevate28 strategy.
Choueiri joins from The Estée Lauder Companies and will be responsible for designing, implementing and embedding the operational framework supporting Elevate28, WPP’s three-year growth plan unveiled in February 2026.
Before joining WPP, Choueiri led enterprise-wide strategic initiatives at The Estée Lauder Companies. Her work included shaping the company’s “One ELC” operating model and transforming its enterprise marketing, data and analytics capabilities.
She also oversaw the redesign of enterprise technology teams and served as a core member of the company’s AI taskforce, leading strategy and implementation while scaling AI tools and driving value realisation across the business.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at consulting firms including Accenture and Kearney, as well as Masaï, a spin-off of Bain & Company. She also has experience leading data and digital marketing agencies.

She will be based in New York and will sit on WPP’s executive committee.
