Currently Head of Media and Paid Media at L’Oréal Philippines, she leads the group’s full-funnel media strategy and activations, e-commerce media including media transformation, internal control and governance. Prior to rejoining L’Oréal in 2023, Sol honed her skills at leading media agencies in the Philippines and Singapore, managing key accounts for major local and multi-national FMCG companies.
