Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Telekom Malaysia (TM), via TM Technology Services Sdn. Bhd., has issued a Registration of Intent (ROI) notice ahead of a planned open tender to appoint agencies as its social media partners.
The notice signals that the sourcing event may be released in the near future, with interested suppliers required to formally register their intent to participate. The tender process will be conducted through SAP Ariba, TM’s procurement platform.
Suppliers already registered in TM’s Ariba network are required to submit an email indicating their intent, including TM’s Ariba Network ID (ANID) and the email address of the designated person-in-charge to be invited to the event.
The same requirements apply to suppliers not yet registered in TM Ariba, who must first complete their registration through TM’s business registration portal before submitting their intent.
TM noted that registration of interest does not guarantee an invitation to the sourcing event, with issuance of invitations remaining at the company’s discretion. Access to the tender will only be granted upon receipt of an official invitation via the SAP Ariba portal.
In addition, TM reiterated its prohibition against anti-competitive conduct, including agreements or discussions with competing bidders on pricing, bid strategies, or related practices. Non-compliance may result in disqualification, contract termination, blacklisting, or legal action.
