Cindy Eliza Vaz has previously worked as the head of digital for Universal McCann in Malaysia.
Russell was previously the executive vice president of New York-based 5W Public Relations where he helped in driving its rapid expansion.
The appointments are part of the agency’s efforts to support the growth of its client portfolio and as a whole agency.
Before joining ADK, she led the digital and CRM practices at McCann Worldgroup, particularly the global teams for Mitsubishi Electric, Hitachi, and Panasonic.
In his new role, Fernandes will be responsible for leading the newly merged team to develop integrated thinking across all channels.
He previously worked as chief strategy officer at agency FCB Ulka, where he oversaw strategies in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
His remit also includes helping brands and agencies maximise impact from the multitude of Microsoft advertising products and solutions.
Prior to joining Wunderman Thompson, Emily Chang also held the CEO position at McCann Worldgroup in China.
They will report to Shams Jasani, chief executive officer at Wunderman Thompson South Asia.
Copeland will be reporting directly to Anathea Ruys, chief executive officer at UM Australia.
